The Moray Eel's life expectancy is around 36 years old. In 2023, my dear friend, depicted in this painting, overcame that age. It's a great fortune that he did. Plenty of beautiful people, sadly, don't make it that far.

It's not always easy to see each day as a gift. Especially when you think that an afterlife could be much more depressive. Because, if the Ancient Greeks were right, apparently Hades rules the place. Which seems quite troubling.
